The AFT-BG-304 stainless steel explosion-proof telephone is compatible with a wide range of programmable telephone switching systems from various brands on the market. Specifically designed for high-humidity, high-dust environments such as subway tunnels, underground utility tunnels, highway tunnels, mines, power plants, steel mills, ports, ships, and electrolysis workshops, this specialized telephone is suitable for long-term installation in harsh conditions. It features waterproof, moisture-resistant, dustproof, cold-resistant, freeze-resistant, heat-resistant, oxidation-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant properties.





Main Features

The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring characteristics such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, dustproofing, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to violent impacts;
2. The handle is made of German Bayer ABS+PC alloy material, featuring a one-piece vacuum-formed structure. It incorporates military-grade transceivers and is equipped with permanent magnets. It possesses characteristics such as explosion-proof, waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, noise-resistant, frost-resistant, freeze-resistant, and anti-violent impact;
3. The hook is made of zinc alloy through stamping and formed, followed by surface treatments such as polishing and electroplating. The rear is equipped with an imported reed switch, which can work with the built-in permanent magnet steel in the handle to achieve call pickup/disconnect switching. The hook features characteristics such as cold resistance, frost resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and salt spray resistance;
4. The keypad adopts a 12-row matrix design, constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel. It undergoes multiple processes including stamping, polishing, brushing, and oiling (glue dipping), featuring dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and anti-oxidation properties, with a service life of ≥500,000 cycles;
5. The telephone motherboard adopts an industrial-grade IP board and is equipped with a wealth of signal dry contacts to facilitate interconnection with surrounding external devices.





Phone Function Introduction: (Due to the high integration of the motherboard, please confirm the specific functions before leaving the factory.)

1. Normal dialing: After lifting the receiver, dial the number manually via the keypad;

2. One-touch dialing: The phone supports storing up to three sets of numbers, which are permanently saved and retained even after power loss. To make a call, simply "pick up the receiver -> press the button for the stored number.";

3. Automatic Dialing: After lifting the handset, the phone will automatically dial a set of pre-stored numbers;

4. Redial, Flash Disconnect: After lifting the receiver, press the "Redial" button to call the last dialed number. During a call, pressing the "Flash Disconnect" button will restore the device to the off-hook state, ready for dialing;

5. Auto-hangup: After the call ends, the device will automatically detect the switchboard busy tone and reverse limit signals, and hang up after multiple confirmations;

6. Linkage Function: This phone reserves two dry contact nodes (one open and one closed). When the phone is lifted/hung up, the two dry contacts provide two sets of pulse switch signals (one open and one closed);

7. OEM branding services are supported, with customized LOGO and packaging instructions available upon request;
